The Flow Country Trail in Bad Kleinkirchheim winds its way down an incredible 15 kilometers from the Kaiserburg mountain station at 2,100 m above sea level into the valley. Around 910 meters in altitude and a gradient of 8% have to be overcome.

The route is paved with gravel and leads over forest and meadow areas along the ridge down the mountain. Scooters, feeders and steep bends provide plenty of fun and variety.

There is a practice area with a bike course right next to the Kaiserburgbahn parking lot in Bad Kleinkirchheim. Here, beginners and advanced riders, children and adults can let off steam to their heart's content, train their skills and improve their riding ability.
